[It's a good change of subject; Leon doesn't mind talking about Chal to someone who...treats Chal right. He's slowly getting used to other people being able to hear him, but when it's another sword, he doesn't really feel the need to be jealous. It isn't as though Namazuo could take Chal away from him like the other humans who can hear Chal here (irrational, but nonetheless a fear).]

That said she makes a small affirming noise and hangs up and - tries to do her best not to give in to this odd need to make sure that he stays on the line. Isn't that the easiest way to make sure that he's truly fine and he won't disappear again? But no that's - that's unreasonable and she knows it.

See, oddly enough, people don't really like it when you wander down the street covered in blood and torn clothes. And when you've just come back from the dead, you aren't exactly rolling in cash. And Namazuo is definitely not a fashion-driven sword; his wardrobe is still relatively sparse, compared to some of the other swords.
All of that combined is the reason that, when he opens the door, he's wearing a Pikachu kigurumi.

That won't stop them from adopting Chal into swordhaus, of course. It just means that Leon's getting adopted too.]

Also isn't it uncomfortable to wear a uniform all the time? Casual clothes would also be in your favor if only because they are inexpensive and sensible. You can't wear... this...
